There’s no magic about it.  While most homes in the 85254 zip code have a Scottsdale address but are actually in Phoenix (hence the name The Magic Zip Code), the Corvalian Estates Real Estate is one of the few subdivisions in the 85254 zip code that has a Scottsdale address and is actually in the city of Scottsdale.    Carvalian Real Estate homes are actually divided between homes in the 85254 zip code and the 85260 zip code but no matter how you look at it, you are in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Corvalian Estates was built by Ted Jones among others between the year of 1970 and 1973.  It is a very small community.  There are only about 76 properties that make up Corvalian estates.  It is located between E. Shea Blvd. and E. Chiller St. between N. 64th St. and N. 66th St. It’s a community that surrounds Cocopah middle school. The schools that serve Corvalian Estates include Sequoia elementary school Cocopah Middle School and Chaparral High School.

The homes are on beautiful 35000 square foot lots.  They range from approximately 2100 square feet to 4000 square feet in size.  The price also has a great range.  You can find homes for sale from $300,000 to $800,000.   While there is technically not a designation for “horse Property” in Phoenix and Scottsdale because, unless there is a CC&R against it, you are allowed to have horses — many of these homes actually are built for horses.  In other words, they have a Coral, Stall; Tack Room and Bridle Path.
