There are approximately 70 homes in orange tree Estates. 23 of them are located between E. Shea Blvd. in E. Yucca St. between N. 54th St. and N. 56th St. The other 47 are located between E. Charlotte St. and E. Laurel Ln. and just to the west of N. 56th St.

Orange tree Estates Real Estate was built by O’Connor, Schwartz, Tallaksen and others between 1980 and 1985. The homes are rather large, standing at about 3444 square feet.

Orange Tree Estates is located near Comptroller Cove Park, and rising Wolf Ranch. The Paradise Valley marketplace is a mile to the west. Orange tree golf resort is a mile northeast, congregation Beth Israel is a mile southeast and Stone Creek golf club is a couple miles northwest. Just to the west is Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market and Fry’s Marketplace.
