Monsoon Watering Tips – Advice from the City of Phoenix

The city of Phoenix has suggested some important tips on watering your lawn during the monsoon season.
1. Adjust your watering frequency to account for the extra humidity.
2. During the damp days, water grass once every 4 days and desert adapted trees, shrubs, and ground cover every 7 to 21 days.
3. For high-water use trees, water every 7 to 10 days and shrubs every 5 to 7 days.
